haha ignore the sepia color. little improvement. spent the last month in the weight room because of my ankle injury AGAIN.
today i started doing my hour of cardio again since it’s feeling better, but during my healing i did a lot of lifting for my arms. never really worked on them before because my weight is all in my lower body.
ah well, they’re still babies i know but i am going to make them more define and noticeable this summer! :)
